Service

We first develop key criteria for a proposed facility, list and rank the conditions that must be met, develop a list of candidate regions for screening, identify specific sites within the desired region, and gather site-specific information.

We then visit candidate locations to refine and verify data, rank the sites, and identify items that may require further investigation.

Two or more sites are chosen for further technical analysis, which may include permitting details, cost/lease negotiations, incentive availability, soil analysis, etc.
