  • Lubrication Charts
  • Assign Responsibilities
  • Action Plan for Items to be Completed

Depending on the size, complexity, and current state of the equipment, one to three weeks may be required to fully explore and implement all of the appropriate tools and actions.  (For instance, PM Optimization can be an extensive process)
