Project Management

TAG will provide focused and experienced Project Management Support during the execution of the relocation project. Without the distraction of everyday production activities, this leader and his assigned team will cover all facility locations as necessary to insure that the project is executed per the schedule and the execution plan. TAG will have a Project Manager on-site periodically in each location to oversee the project and act as your focal point during the execution. TAG will interact with both inter-company and outside contractors and other ‘alliance’ companies during the project. Project status information will be provided regularly during the project and periodic status meetings will be held to insure communication throughout the project. All aspects of your Project Execution Plan will be overseen by TAG and its Project Management team. This team will consist of key team members, such as: Project Leader, execution planner/coordinator, and/or a lean flow/layout developer. The team will vary in size and makeup according to the execution schedule and project requirements. ‘All the right people’ focused on ‘all the right activities’ will ensure that ‘all the right steps’ are taken to ensure your project success.
