From this macro data, TAG will help you develop a lean "optimized" layout and incorporate these new flows into the new facility layout and operations plan. TAG and your team will then review this proposed layout and develop the final footprint for your new facility. Upon revision and final approval, this block diagram plant layout will be provided to you (and your contractor if you have new construction or significant modifications) with locations for equipment identified for final detailing and integration.
