New Projects

TN Medical Partners - Crossroads Medical Group located in Whitehouse, TN, in suburban Nashville. TAG Design Services is providing the architectural structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for a 34,680 square foot Medical Office Building. In addition to the design of the facility, this project included Master Planning services and feasibility analysis for a 52 acre site Medical Campus that included other medical offices and clinics, Community Hospital, Nursing Home, Assisted Living and Retirement Villas.

LifeSkills – TAG Design is providing the architectural design for a new two-story 40,000 square foot Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Counseling Center for LifeSkills in Bowling Green, Kentucky for Children, Adolescents and Adults.

Western Kentucky Orthopaedic Association – TAG Design is providing the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical design for a new 2-story 70,000 square foot Medical Office Facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky, which will provide areas for medical offices, MRI, X-Ray, and Physical Therapy along with the potential for open lease space availability.

Pan-Oston - TAG Design is providing the architectural and structural engineering for a 105,750 square foot manufacturing and storage expansion for Pan Oston in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Pan Oston designs, delivers and services custom metal and wood store fixtures, serving major national and regional retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, Houchens, Stop and Shop, Ikea and Michaels.

Community Action of Southern Kentucky - TAG Design is providing the Architectural design for a large renovation to an existing facility for Community Action in Bowling Green, Kentucky, which will house a new Head Start Program.

T. Marzetti Company (Sister Schubert’s Rolls) - TAG Design has once again been commissioned as the owner’s on-site inspection representative during the construction of the T. Marzetti Company’s new 100,000 square foot bakery facility for Sister Schubert’s Rolls in Horse Cave, Kentucky. TAG Design supported T. Marzetti previously on their new salad dressing facility also located in Horse Cave, Kentucky.

RR Donnelley & Sons Company – 2006 Addition. TAG Design is providing the architectural and structural engineering for another project for RR Donnelley. This project is a 60,000 square foot warehouse expansion to their magazine printing facility located in Danville, Kentucky. TAG Design just completed a 44,500 square foot binding line expansion for RRD in 2005.

Bruss North America - TAG Design is providing the architectural and structural engineering for an approximate 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility and storage facility with a fit-out of an existing second floor office in Russell Springs, Kentucky. Bruss North America manufactures sealing systems for automotive transmissions & other systems.

Booth Fire & Safety, Inc. - TAG Design provided the architectural design for a major facility renovation for new management office space, retail show room and service department in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Booth Fire & Safety is the safety specialist company in South Central Kentucky for industrial, commercial, restaurant and residential clients.
