Lean Certification Program

TAG's Lean Champion Development Process

What is Lean?
Lean is a structured way of continuously exposing and solving problems in order to eliminate waste in the systems, processes, and work, which deliver value to customers.

Lean Champions
In organizations, effective Lean Champions (those that lead the organization toward lean action) are developed and not just assigned. Organizations that expect mid level managers and supervisors to lead in the Lean transformation process must be developed to lead in a different method that results in a different way of acting, a different way of reacting, and a different overall behavior in regards to solving issues in the never ending pursuit of the elimination of waste.

Lean Champions Development
The ACCESS Group (TAG)  develops  and mentors your Lean Champions to produce results. This overall development process results in a certificate based on proven results that produce an ROI for the organization. The full development program can be somewhat customized and conducted at your site so that the waste that is eliminated takes place where you need it the most.  The typical development engagement takes eighteen (18) non consecutive working days that are spread out to minimize disruptions to your organization. TAG can develop up to 15 people in each development program.
